• Notification Permission — Used to display media processing and background operation status updates when required.
• Foreground Service Access — Used to ensure reliable background media processing while the app is active.

2. How Your Information Is Used

• Capture and store photos and videos locally on your device.
• Add timestamps, GPS coordinates, addresses, and location overlays to captured media.
• Support proof-based documentation, inspection, and field survey workflows.
• Process watermarks, overlays, and media rendering operations reliably in the background.
• Allow users to export or manually share captured files using device sharing features.

SurveyCam does not use your information for advertising, analytics, profiling, tracking, or marketing purposes.

3. Local Storage & Data Handling

All captured photos, videos, and related metadata are stored locally on your device.

We do not upload, collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share your personal data or captured media to external servers.

Any sharing of media files occurs only when you explicitly choose to share or export content using your device’s sharing features.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share personal information with third parties.

SurveyCam does not use third-party advertising SDKs or analytics platforms that collect personal data.

5. Permissions & User Control

Permissions are requested only when required for app functionality.

• You may deny or revoke permissions at any time through your device settings.
• You may disable location access and continue using other app features.
• You may delete captured photos or videos at any time from your device storage.

6. Third-Party Services

SurveyCam does not use third-party advertising SDKs, analytics services, or external servers for collecting personal information.

Some Android system components or Google Play Services required for normal device functionality may still operate independently under their own privacy policies.

7. Children's Privacy

SurveyCam is not directed toward children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Security

SurveyCam stores captured data locally on your device instead of external cloud servers.

While we take reasonable steps to maintain application reliability and privacy, the security of your files also depends on your device’s own security protections, permissions, lock screen, and storage management.
