Delete a Construction ERP account

Delete inside the app when possible. This page also explains what is removed, what may remain and how to request deletion when the app cannot be accessed.

Recommended method

Delete inside the app

    Sign in

    Open the account you want to delete.

    Open Account settings

    Use the account menu from the app shell.

    Select Delete account

    Read the ownership and retention notice.

  4. 4
    Confirm identity

    Type the requested confirmation and enter the current password when required.

    Confirm permanent deletion

    The app first reauthenticates, then removes supported identity metadata and the Firebase Authentication account.

Company owners must act first

Deletion is blocked while the account owns an active company workspace. Transfer ownership to another authorized administrator or complete company closure before deleting the personal sign-in account. This prevents a company from being left without an owner.

What personal account data is deleted

  • Firebase Authentication account
  • App user profile
  • User-to-company membership index and member record
  • Matching staff identity metadata where present
  • Registered device access metadata for the user
  • Local active-workspace, membership, profile and staff-access cache

What may remain

Business records created or edited while acting for a company may remain in the company workspace, audit history, exported files or backups. The company may need these records for contractual, safety, payroll, tax, audit, regulatory or legal obligations. Backups stored by the user are not remotely deleted; the person or organization holding those files must delete them separately.

Cannot access the app?

Send a request from the account email address to baishalya@gmail.com. Include only:

  • the account email address;
  • the app name, Construction ERP;
  • whether you still own an active company;
  • a brief explanation that you cannot use in-app deletion.

Identity and authority verification may be required. Never send a password, OTP, backup recovery password or signing key.
