Construction ERP is a business productivity tool. The customer organization remains responsible for checking entries, measurements, approvals, calculations, statutory records, backups and decisions.
1. Agreement
By installing, accessing or using Construction ERP, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the app for a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it.
2. Business and professional use
The app helps record, organize, synchronize and report construction-business information. It does not replace professional engineering, accounting, tax, legal, payroll, safety, quality or regulatory review. Users must verify measurements, rates, bills, taxes, payments, approvals, reports and site decisions.
3. Accounts and access
Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials, use only authorized companies and projects, and immediately report suspected unauthorized access. Company owners and administrators control staff invitations, roles, project assignments, devices and removal of access. Account sharing and attempts to bypass permissions are prohibited.
4. Customer data and lawful use
The customer organization retains responsibility for the accuracy, legality, authority, retention and authorized use of information entered into the app. Users must not enter information they are not permitted to process. The publisher may process information only as necessary to operate, secure and support the service as explained in the Privacy Policy.
5. Local-first operation, sync and backup
SQLite/Drift is the local source of truth for business records. Automatic sync supports collaboration but does not replace backup. Users must create password-encrypted backups, keep the recovery password safely outside the app, maintain more than one copy and perform restoration drills. Network outages, permission changes, device failure, conflicts or unsupported old clients can delay synchronization.
Attachment bytes are not uploaded through Firebase Storage in the current release. Supported local files may be included only in encrypted backups, within product limits.
6. Acceptable use
You must not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, abuse automated requests, reverse engineer where prohibited, defeat security controls, upload unlawful content, infringe rights, interfere with other customers or use the service in violation of law.
7. Availability, maintenance and updates
Features, supported platforms and service providers may change. Updates may be required for security, data compatibility or sync migrations. Old clients may be blocked when they cannot safely use current cloud rules. Planned features, including DPR site-photo upload, macOS and iPhone support, are not promised until officially released.
8. Fees, stores and refunds
Any price, subscription, trial, renewal, tax, cancellation and refund terms will be shown in the applicable store listing, order form or commercial agreement. Google Play and Microsoft Store transactions may also be governed by the store’s terms.
9. Intellectual property
The app, website, software, visual design and related materials are owned by or licensed to REPLACE WITH YOUR LEGAL PUBLISHER NAME. Customers retain rights they lawfully hold in their business data. No right is granted to copy, resell or create misleading derivative products except as expressly permitted.
10. Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis and may contain defects or interruptions. The publisher does not guarantee that all records, calculations or reports are correct without customer review. Mandatory consumer rights and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected. Any commercial liability limits should be stated in the customer agreement and reviewed by qualified counsel.
11. Suspension, deletion and termination
Access may be suspended to protect security, comply with law, respond to serious misuse, enforce a commercial agreement or prevent data damage. Before closing an account or workspace, users should export permitted records and create a tested encrypted backup. Personal account deletion is explained on the Account deletion page.
12. Changes
These Terms may be updated when the app, business model or law changes. The effective date will be shown at the top. Continued use after an effective update may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
