!Budget approval
What to do when the app blocks an expense.
The entry is not lost. It is waiting for a budget decision before it can be saved.
- Read the message showing that Project Cost Budget would be exceeded.
- Do not reduce or split a real cost just to bypass the control.
- The app creates a pending request for the extra budget amount required.
- Tell the owner/admin which real purchase or work caused the request.
- Owner/admin opens Actions and approves or rejects it.
- After approval, return to the original screen and retry the entry.
The effective Project Cost Budget becomes the base budget plus approved increases. Pending or rejected requests do not increase it.
